- Session 1: 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM (Beginner Level)
Focused on basic techniques, self-defense fundamentals, and building confidence. - Session 2: 1:15 PM – 2:15 PM (Intermediate/Advanced Level)
Focused on advanced techniques, real-world scenarios, and sparring.
Who Can Join?
- Open to all community members ages 10 and above
- No prior experience necessary for the beginner session
- Advanced session available for those with prior training
